Overview
Bailey Brave is a nonprofit e-commerce store operated through a print-on-demand fulfillment model. All items are made-to-order specifically for each customer.
Because of this production method, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure fairness while maintaining operational efficiency.

No Physical Returns
We do not accept physical returns and do not require items to be sent back under any circumstances.
All items are produced on demand and cannot be restocked or resold once fulfilled.

Refunds & Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order, we may offer a replacement or refundon a case-by-case basis.
To request support, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your request must include:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the item and the issue
If your request is approved, we will:
Send a replacement of the same item at no cost, or
Issue a refund to your original payment method
You will not be required to return the item. In most cases, the item may be kept or discarded.

Eligible Issues
We may approve refunds or replacements for the following:
Items that arrive damaged
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect items received

Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Incorrect sizing or ordering mistakes
Buyer’s remorse or preference changes
Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
Minor variations in color, print placement, or appearance (these are normal with print-on-demand production)

Request Review & Abuse Prevention
All requests are reviewed individually to ensure fairness.
We reserve the right to deny any request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
